A-HA合唱團是由三位來自挪威的成員所組成。
成員包括Morten Harket、Paul Waaktaar及Magne Furuholmen
他們於1982年加入樂壇，
1985年在憑著專輯：Hunting High And Low中
一曲「Take On Me」打入英國音樂市場，
成為第一隊成功打入國際市場的挪威組合。
起初，單曲「Take On Me」發行後反應冷淡，
但是華納唱片公司對這首歌相當看好，
於是換了個製作人，重新錄製了一遍，可惜仍然沒有起色。
不過，由於當時MTV已經在美國成了氣候，
華納的美國公司於是找了一位導演，
把這首歌製作成一首「一半鉛筆素描動畫、一半真人演出」
的音樂錄影帶。
沒想到MTV電視台非常喜歡，予以強力放送，
結果不但點播率超高、奪得了多項音樂錄影帶的大獎，
更讓這首歌曲起死回生，
在1985年的十月十九日登上了全美排行的榜首。
也造就了80年代非常經典的一支MV！
